Preparations for the NATO Summit begins in our area from 7 April.
Museum remains easily accessible
Preparations for the NATO Summit begin in our area from 7 April. The museum is open as always from Tuesday to Sunday and still easily accessible by public transport. Coming by car? Please take into account that there might be a diversion. You can park your car both in front of the museum and in the immediate vicinity. Details can be found at denhaag.nl.
Limited Parking and Changed Bicycle Facilities
Until early July, fewer parking spaces will be available directly in front of the museum entrance. Temporary parking spots have been created on Eisenhowerlaan, just around the corner from the museum. From there, it’s approximately a 3 to 5-minute walk to the museum. Paid parking applies here as well, starting from 1:00 PM.
The museum remains easily accessible by bicycle, but starting June 15, bicycles can no longer be parked directly in front of the museum. We recommend parking your bicycle across the street.
Temporary closure
The museum will be closed from Friday 20 June to Thursday 26 June due to the NATO Summit. During this period, the area around the World Forum, including the museum, will not be accessible due to security measures. More information can be found at denhaag.nl.
