Yes. Both the ticket office and the museum shop accept all the usual credit cards. You can also use your PIN card if you have one.
Yes. Museum Cards are available from the ticket office. A Museum Card grants you free admission for one year to almost all Dutch museums. Cards are € 75,00 (including administration fees).
The museum is closed only on 1 January and 25 December. On all other public holidays it is open.
No, the museum closes at 17.00.
Yes, lifts are available where necessary and the design of the museum ensures easy access for disabled people. The museum has wheelchairs and rollators which visitors may borrow at the information desk. The museum offers visitors the option to use the Rollz Motion: a combination of rollator and wheelchair. This practical aid can be easily transformed from a rollator into a wheelchair and back again—no extra tools required. Curious how it works? As a result, the Rollz Motion may not fully meet individual needs. If you have specific requirements or preferences, we kindly ask you to bring your own customized wheelchair or rollator. Yes, you are allowed to take photographs. However, the use of flash and/or tripod is forbidden.

You can use lockers with a 2 euro coin. You will get the coin back after using the locker.
Yes. They are in the basement and can be reached by a lift.

Coming with the digital Museum Card? Make sure you have the version with barcode in the app handy. It will be checked in the hall of the museum.
