If you have bought a ticket to visit the museum in the next four weeks, you will have received an email with instructions on how to claim a refund, change the date of your visit, or donate the price of your ticket. If you have not received an email, please mail email@example.com to arrange a refund or new reservation. Please include the order number, your name, and the email address through which the booking was made.
