In connection with the retrospective exhibition "Ukrainian Diary," author and Russia expert Sjeng Scheijen engages in a conversation with photographer and artist Boris Mikhailov. In the interview, they will look back on the prolific body of work of this internationally acclaimed artist. They will discuss how Boris Mikhailov ventured into photography as an autodidact and found his visual signature. Although the retrospective exhibition is a personal diary, it offers a unique insight into the contemporary history of Ukraine.
