In Japan, we call calligraphy Shodo, which means "the way of beautiful writing." You use a soft brush (Fude) and special ink (Sumi) to write Japanese characters in an artistic way.

Under the guidance of Naoko, a master of calligraphy with the highest title, you will learn to write beautifully step by step. Naoko will not only show you the techniques but also explain the meaning of each brushstroke. This way, you will not only learn to write, but also experience that Shodo is a form of meditation and self-expression.
